• $300/month Electric Cap in the summer months (June through September). Guests agree to this policy upon booking and are liable for the overages. $400/mth should cover it unless it is abused.

• Pets allowed with owner prior approval only and $250 NON-Refundable $250 pet fee. Please contact us before booking to discuss. A "Pet Fee" will be added to your booking when reserving online. Pet Fees are non-refundable and are not to cover any damages, extra cleaning or picking up your dogs poop.
