This fabulously upgraded condo is located at the Riverside Condos, right on the Guadalupe River. It is only moments away from downtown New Braunfels, the Comal River, and Schlitterbahn!! This cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo can accommodate 6 guests and has all the comforts of home, including free internet!

The master bedroom features a queen bed, smart TV, and direct access to the bathroom. We have also added an insulated drop-down ceiling. In addition to the master bedroom, there are twin bunk beds and a queen-size sofa sleeper in the unit.

The kitchen is cozy and equipped with basic cookware. We provide two rolls of paper towels, 2 trash bags, small dish soap, and a sponge. The dining table has seating for 4, and there are 2 additional seats at the breakfast bar. The bathroom has a tub and shower combo and comes stocked with hotel-sized amenities. High-quality linens are provided for all beds and bathrooms.

This condo is on the ground level and has a patio where you can relax and unwind after a day on the river. The complex offers a pool, community charcoal grills, and a deck overlooking the Guadalupe River. Please note that this condo does not have direct river access for tubing. There is a spiral staircase from the deck behind the pool that leads to the riverside.

Just a short drive away is the Comal River. The Rockin R tube rental company is less than 1.5 miles away! Landa Park offers a public golf course, a miniature golf course, paddle boats, a miniature train, a large spring-fed swimming pool, and plenty of picnic areas. Schlitterbahn Water Park is also nearby and allows visitors to park for free and bring in their own coolers. Downtown New Braunfels is close by, and the town of Gruene is just a ten-minute drive away. San Marcos, a twenty-minute drive, has two large outlet malls. Austin is a 45-minute drive, and San Antonio is a twenty-minute drive.

Please note that the host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. The maximum occupancy for this condo is 6 guests, and this limit should not be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests are allowed. This unit is pet-friendly, allowing one dog under 35lbs for an additional fee of $25.00 per day. Breed restrictions apply. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video cameras. This property also includes accidental damage insurance up to $1500.
