Casa de la Playa is a fantastic dune home offering beautiful ocean and waterway views, perfect for families and friends looking to relax by the coast. This home features an inverted floor plan with vaulted ceilings and an open living and dining area anchored by a large, well-equipped kitchen. The home includes four bedrooms with ceiling fans, three and a half baths, a sitting room, two sleeper sofas (bed linens not provided for sleeper sofas), TVs, WiFi, and a washer and dryer for guest convenience.

Outdoor living spaces are plentiful and inviting, with three covered porches, one screened porch, and ample space to enjoy the coastal breeze. Additional outdoor amenities include an enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower, foot shower, picnic table, and gas grill. Private beach access is located at the end of the street between 1127 and 1129 OBW, and guests also enjoy access to a private community pier on the waterway.

Please note that although this is not a pet-friendly rental, the owner brings a personal pet to the property. Guests with animal allergies may wish to consider an alternate home. Absolutely no pets or smoking are allowed on this property.
