It is the perfect spot for singles, families or groups in a friendly and safe community. We are less than 3 miles to the center of South Beach and directly on the same road. Local activities include delicious eateries, fine dining, tourist attractions and night life. Apartment 521 renovated January 2024, is a larger 1200 square ft with 3 bedrooms (convertible 4th bedroom) a bonus room in primary bedroom that can be used as a nursery or for additional sleeping for one with 2 full bathrooms. One bathroom has a tub and shower comb and the guest bathroom has a walk in shower. Primary bedroom with its own bathroom has 2 Queen size double beds and bonus room as described above. Amazing sunsets with views of the Intracoastal waterways, marina, canal and Miami City skyline views. Guest bedroom has 3 adult size twin beds. We can, upon request, assemble 2 twins to a king double. Queen double bed in 3rd bedroom and converted den has a folding bed. Great room includes living room, dining area, washer dryer and full kitchen with all cooking utensils, dishes and glasses.

Our new upper-level poolside cabanas are available to rent from us daily 10am - 8pm. Our cabanas for 6 guests each features floor to ceiling sliding glass doors, flat screen TV, refrigerator, full bathroom with waterfall shower (perfect for hot shower right after the beach!), lounge chairs for sunbathing, and panoramic views of the ocean. Our guests who rent a Hora cabana receive a 10% discount on tiki bar drink and food purchases with a dedicated server. Local activities and attractions include water sports, bicycling, sailing, snorkeling, boating, deep sea fishing, Jungle Island, Seaquarium, Children's Museum, Theatre, Art Deco district, Wynwood, and so much more. Conveniently located just minutes from South Beach and 20 minutes from the Miami International Airport, 15 minutes from the Port of Miami, Brickell and downtown business district. Golf courses and tennis courts nearby, glamorous night life entertainment, including LIV at the Fontainebleau Hotel, Eden Roc both only 8-9 blocks away, Lincoln Mall, Coconut Grove, the Bal Harbour Shoppe's, and Aventura Mall all within 15-20 minute drive. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Our property has recently completed a $35 million renovation of the interior and exterior of the building. Both upper and lower pools, Tiki bar, restaurant, and mezzanine pool deck are now open and in full operation. Please inquire on gym.
In the rare event that an unexpected emergency maintenance issue occurs before or during your stay, a unit will be assigned that is of equal or greater value to the unit reserved. This is not a common occurrence and rarely if ever occurs. If the dates you selected are not available, we may have other alternative units available at the same beachfront property -- please inquire.
