• The poolside patio is another great spot to relax and watch the kids swim in the large pool. There is more seating and sun loungers around the pool to make sure you can relax. Relax back with a cocktail in hand to make this the perfect island getaway! Optional pool heat up to 86 F is available from November to April at $150/week Pools are serviced weekly and debris due to tropical climate might occur in between service days. Pool alarms are mandated per city licensing ordinance.

• There are five reserved parking spaces reserved for this property. Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area.
