Beautiful 3BR, 2.5BA unit that is just steps away from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. This two-story unit has a fully furnished kitchen on the ground floor with a living room/dining area that has sliding glass doors out to the patio. Has flat screen 55 inch smart TV in the living room with a blu-ray player. First floor also has a half bath and a washer and dryer. The second floor has a master bedroom with a king size bed and two guest bedrooms - one with a full size bed and the other with two twin size beds. The upstairs bedrooms have been redone with new floors and all the carpet removed.

South Bay by the Gulf is a beautiful Gulf-front resort located in the heart of Destin. This spacious resort offers over 300 feet of beautiful, private beach. These 2 and 3 bedroom units have everything you need to make your stay a pleasant one.

Directions:

• Turn right out of the back parking lot onto Gulf Shore Dr.
• At the light turn right onto highway 98 East.
• Travel 0.2 miles then turn right after the Sunsations Plaza.
• You will see a sign on the right that says, "Dunes of Destin".
• Follow the road around the curve and you will enter Southbay once you pass the pool on your right.
