• Beginning in late August 2025 until May 2026, Inlet Reef will undergo an extensive waterproofing project.
• This project will consist of balconies being worked on and windows being replaced.
• In addition to exterior work, there will be walkway sealing done.
• You can expect to see scaffolding onsite as well as construction crews.
• Noise such as concrete grinding and possible debris could occur.
• Balconies may be inaccessible and views obstructed.
• Discounts will not be given for construction-related inconveniences including but not limited to noise, closed or removed amenities, closed/blocked balconies, or dust/debris.

• Offers a plethora of counter space, full-size appliances, and all the pots, pans, silverware, and dishware needed to prepare your favorite meal.

The Guest Bedroom:

• Features two Twin beds, a wall-mounted HDTV, and HD cable.
• The Guest Bathroom has a bathtub/shower combination.

Moving down the hall:

• The Dining Area will be on your right.
• The Master Bedroom Suite will be on your left.
• The Living Area will be straight ahead.

The Dining Area:

• Has a Ceiling fan and a rectangular dining table set for six guests.

The Living Room:

• Comes with two couches, one that doubles as a Queen Sofa Sleeper, two chairs, a big screen HDTV, HD cable, a Blu-ray player, a floor-to-ceiling window, and sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony.

The Master Bedroom Suite:

• Includes a King-size bed, a big screen HDTV, HD Cable, two chairs, sliding glass doors leading to the balcony, a walk-in closet, a makeup area with its own vanity, and its own private bathroom.
• The Master Bathroom has a bathtub/shower combination.

The balcony:

• Features a wet bar and an outdoor dining table set for six guests.
• Offers views of the hot tub and pool of Inlet Reef, the emerald waters of The Gulf of Mexico, and The Destin Bridge.

Additional amenities:

• A two-minute walk to the beach, including the elevator ride to the ground floor.
