Welcome to Sandpiper Cove 2138, a beachside paradise that offers spacious accommodations for up to six guests. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom property features a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

• Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen boasts authentic tiled countertops, a new refrigerator and dishwasher, pots, pans, dishware, and silverware needed to prepare your favorite meal.
• Dining Area: Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area, which has a new dining table set for four guests and bar seating for two additional guests.
• Living Area: The living area features tiled flooring, a large area rug, all new living room furniture, a new 70-inch smart cast flat screen HDTV, a DVD player, and access to the condo’s balcony.
• Bedrooms: The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a DVD player, a flat screen HDTV, a makeup vanity, and balcony access. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed and a flat screen HDTV.
• Bathrooms: The master bathroom is private to the bedroom and has a tiled vanity and a bathtub/shower combination. The guest bathroom, which can be accessed from the guest bedroom or the hallway, has a tiled vanity and a bathtub/shower combination.
• Balcony: The balcony offers a wonderful view of the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico and is home to an outside dining table set for four guests and two lounging chairs perfect for sunbathing.

Other amenities include FREE SEASONAL BEACH SERVICE, a washer and dryer inside the condo, and wireless internet access. Sandpiper Cove amenities include five swimming pools, a nine-hole par-three golf course, lighted tennis courts, gated security, a beachfront bar during season, and an onsite restaurant.

A dog under 35 pounds is allowed at this property for an additional $100 plus tax nonrefundable pet fee. There is also a $10 fee collected by Sandpiper Cove on-site. Current shot records are required at check-in as well. Although Sandpiper Cove allows pets, pets are not allowed on the beach. No beach in Destin/Okaloosa county is pet friendly.

To get to Sandpiper Cove, turn left out of the back parking lot onto Gulf Shore Dr. Drive 0.2 miles, and Sandpiper Cove is on the right. Book this property once, and you will come back for years!
