This colorful 1 bedroom unit is located on the golf course at Sandpiper Cove and is within walking distance to the pool. The unit features a fully furnished kitchen, a living room/dining area with balcony access off of the dining area, one bedroom with a queen size bed, and a bathroom with a large garden tub. The living room has a sofa sleeper with a cozy mattress, and there is also a washer/dryer in the unit. Boat docks can be rented for an additional fee.

Additionally, this condo now has COMPLIMENTARY BEACH SERVICE while in season. However, please note that a dog under 35 pounds is allowed at this property for an additional $100 plus tax nonrefundable pet fee. There is also a $10 fee collected by Sandpiper Cove on-site. Current shot records are required at check-in as well. Although Sandpiper Cove allows pets, pets are not allowed on the beach. No beach in Destin/Okaloosa county is pet friendly.

To get to Sandpiper Cove, turn left out of the back parking lot onto Gulf Shore Dr. Drive 0.2 miles and Sandpiper Cove is on the right.
