• If coming East from the Mid-Bay Bridge look for Target, McDonalds, and Walgreens to be on your right and Gulf Shore Dr. is on your left.
• Oceania has one assigned spot for each unit under the building. Any other car must be parking in the unassigned areas up front.
• There are two elevators located in the middle of the building and one located on the end of each side of the building next to the stairs.
• If coming west from Fort Walton Beach look for Target, McDonalds, and Walgreens to be on your left and Gulf Shore Dr. to be on your right.
• Once you've turned onto Gulf Shore Drive. Oceania is located on the left, first condo complex on the left after you pass the stop light.
