This condo has updated full size appliances in the kitchen, small appliances such as a blender and all the cookware you need to cook up your catch of the day. Condo does not come with an icemaker or a garbage disposal. The plush dining chairs accommodate 6. The living room has plenty of cozy seating and your patio access allows you to quick access to the Harbor, complex pool, or tennis courts without having to wait on an elevator or taking the stairs

The guest bedroom has 2 Queen size beds and a flat screen TV. The guest bathroom has a combination tub/shower.

The spacious Master Bedroom has King size bed and Flat Screen TV. The adjoining private Master Bathroom that has a walk-in shower. The condo can sleep 6 comfortably. Also, a rarity at Dolphin Point, unit 104B has it's own washer and dryer in the condo.

This complex is a short 7-10 minute walk to the beach and is centrally located in Destin, making all the restaurants, shopping, and local activities only a short drive away.
You must come to our main office for check-in and receive your parking passes before going to Dolphin Point. Our office is located at 842 Highway 98 East in Destin, FL 32541. After leaving our office you will turn left out of the back of the parking lot onto Gulf Shore Dr.  Follow Gulf Shore Drive until you reach the first stop sign.  Turn right onto Moreno Point Road.  Follow the road until it dead ends into Dolphin Point. The "A" building is first on the left, "B" is in the middle on the left, and "C" is on the right by the pool.
