• When you enter the condo, the spacious kitchen is located on your left with a giant island located in the middle of the kitchen. The kitchen features all the pots, pans, and dishes needed to cook any family favorite recipe.

• To the right of the kitchen is the unit washer and dryer, a necessity when vacationing with children. Past the kitchen is the dining area that seats 4 and you can see the white sand while enjoying your meal.

• The comfortable couch offers seating to enjoy your favorite movie and converts to a Queen bed. The Master bedroom features a King size bed and large flat screen TV. The adjoining master bathroom has a large shower and private vanity area.

• The guest bedroom offers a Queen size bed. The balcony has plenty of seating for everyone and even a table to enjoy that morning cup of coffee or a quiet dinner. Come enjoy your next vacation in Sandpiper Cove 1153, it will be a family favorite.

• A dog under 35 pounds is allowed at this property for an additional $100 plus tax nonrefundable pet fee. There is also a $10 fee collected by Sandpiper Cove on-site. Current shot records are required at check-in as well.

• Although Sandpiper Cove allows pets, pets are not allowed on the beach. No beach in Destin/Okaloosa county is pet friendly.
