Dolphin Point 103B - Harbor View 2 BR on ground floor - Great Rates

Dolphin Point is undergoing a large scale renovation project that includes walkway remove and balcony repairs and closures. Dust and loud noises will be expected during this project. Scaffolding and construction crew will be onsite as well thru out the complex. The pool may be closed at times as well and additional complex amenities.

*Onsite charges a $50/car fee that is collected thru a separate website. This must be paid in order to park onsite and not be towed. 2 car maximum. *

When you enter the condo the large kitchen will catch your eye, with ample counterspace, full size appliances and all cookware is provided. The dining area seats 4 but there is additional seating around the kitchen bar. The Living room offers a view of the Destin Harbor thanks to the floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors.

The guest bedroom has 2 Queen size beds and a large Flat screen TV with DVD player. The Guest Bathroom offers a combination tub/shower.

The Master bedroom has a King size bed, a partial view of the Harbor and a Flat Screen TV with DVD player.

The patio off of unit 103B offers easy access to the complex grills, a short walk to the complex pool or tennis courts and great view of the boats on the Harbor. This complex is about a 7-10 minute walk to the beach. Boat slips are not available.
You must come to our main office for check-in and receive your parking passes before going to Dolphin Point. Our office is located at 842 Highway 98 East in Destin, FL 32541. After leaving our office you will turn left out of the back of the parking lot onto Gulf Shore Dr.  Follow Gulf Shore Drive until you reach the first stop sign.  Turn right onto Moreno Point Road.  Follow the road until it dead ends into Dolphin Point. The "A" building is first on the left, "B" is in the middle on the left, and "C" is on the right by the pool.
