• VEHICLE MAXIMUM: 1 vehicle (includes golf carts, boat trailers or any other recreational vehicles)
• PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
• WRISTBANDS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL GUESTS DURING MARCH & HOLY/EASTER WEEK.

Spring Break & Holy Week (March 1st - April 9th, 2023):

• Restricted to Immediate Families Only.
• Immediate families are considered children, parents & grandparents only.
• No spring break groups will be permitted, regardless of age.
• Identification will be checked upon arrival.
• Day guests and visitors are not permitted at any time.

This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condominium is perfectly located 1/2 a block from the beach! The condo features:

The complex has a great pool area for lounging in the backyard and is in close proximity to shops and restaurants here on South Padre Island!
