• Day guests and visitors are not permitted at any time.

This property is a wonderful 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom private home, featuring two stories and plenty of space to accommodate up to 10 guests comfortably.

The second story features:

• Open concept kitchen, dining, and living area.
• Fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher and refrigerator.
• Living room with a flat screen TV.
• Large patio with outdoor dining table overlooking a bright green yard.

Each floor has two guest rooms:

• Upstairs bedrooms feature one Queen size bed and flat screen TV.
• Downstairs bedrooms feature Full size beds and flat screen TVs.
• Full shared bathroom with walk-in shower on each floor.

There is also a secondary living room on the ground floor with a large comfortable sofa and chair surrounding another flat screen TV. The property is equipped with a washer and dryer for guest use, internet, and cable.

Its central location puts you and your guests within walking distance to shops, entertainment venues, restaurants, and much more, making it perfect for a family getaway or a weekend retreat with friends! When you're ready to be in the sun and by the waves, the public beach access is just a minutes walk from your front door!
