• Any guest who is not 21 or older will not be permitted to occupy the home and will not be eligible for a refund.
• This rule does not apply to family groups or otherwise approved by a Property Manager employee.

The second floor encompasses the additional 5 bedrooms. All bedrooms are nicely decorated and spacious. Guests can easily access the private backyard pool directly from the living room. The pool is large and also has a hot tub. It's perfect for family cookouts and hanging out with friends. Guests are welcome to use the two-car garage to park their vehicles. This home accommodates up to 16 people and allows up to 4 vehicles.
