The guest bedroom features two Full beds and a flat screen TV. A full guest bathroom with combination bathtub and shower is shared between the guest bedroom and common areas.

The condo also includes internet, cable, and an in-unit washer and dryer for guest use.

Community amenities include a pool, hot tub, and private beach access.
