Spring Break & Holy Week (March 1st - April 9th, 2023):

• Restricted to Immediate Families Only.
• Immediate families are considered children, parents & grandparents only.
• No spring break groups will be permitted, regardless of age.
• Identification will be checked upon arrival.
• Day guests and visitors are not permitted at any time.

Stay on the bay at La Solana #109! This elegantly decorated, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condominium is perfect for friends, family, or a romantic getaway for two!

The condo features:

• Spacious living room, equipped with comfortable sofa and loveseat surrounding a large flat screen TV.
• Elongated kitchen, fully stocked and provides ample counter space for preparing delicious vacation meals.
• Choice between the Master bedroom and a guestroom.
• Master bedroom features a King size bed and an attached private bathroom.
• Private bath has a walk-in shower and entails an oversize vanity mirror.
• Second bedroom features a Queen size bed.
• Internet/WIFI and a washer and dryer for guest use.

Enjoy your mornings and evenings on the bayside patio, drifting in the sparkling swimming pool, or fishing from the private pier! La Solana #109 also comes with a boat slip* that can accommodate small fishing boats or jet skies. It is not recommended for larger boats, however, there are marina services nearby.

Boat slip accommodates shallow water boats only (approximately 8 ft. wide x 18 ft long). Bumpers recommended.
