Spring Break & Holy Week (March 1st - April 9th, 2023):

• Everyone occupying the rental must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Anyone under the age of 21 will not be permitted.
• Identification of Each Guest must be presented at check-in.
• Any guest who is not 21 or older will not be permitted to occupy the home and will not be eligible for a refund.
• This rule does not apply to family groups or otherwise approved by an Property Manager employee.

• The first floor entails the entry way to the house, garage, and a bedroom, which is located behind the garage next to the pool area.
• The second floor entails two spacious bedrooms, a living area, dining area, and a kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked to accommodate our guests' cooking needs!
• The third floor consists of an oversized open master bedroom.

The backyard of this home is a tropical paradise offering a private pool and hot tub. It's the perfect area for guests to relax while on vacation!

123 E. Georgia Ruth is located less than 1/2 a block from the beach, offering guests easy access to South Padre Island's white sandy beaches!
