Spring Break/Holy Week Restrictions: All guests must be 21+ unless part of an immediate family group.
Wristbands are required for all guests during Spring Break/Holy Week and are $25 + tax, per person.

Every stay at 113 E. Mars Landing includes a complimentary starter kit stocked with essential vacation items such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee and filters, olive oil, and basic seasonings. For your comfort, we recommend bringing a few personal favorites such as beach towels, sunscreen, extra blankets, bottled water, or baby items.
