Spring Break & Holy Week (March 1st - April 9th, 2023):

• Restricted to Immediate Families Only.
• Immediate families are considered children, parents & grandparents only.
• No spring break groups will be permitted, regardless of age.
• Identification will be checked upon arrival.
• Day guests and visitors are not permitted at any time.

• This property is located within a gated community that has strict HOA rules and regulations.
• All guests are required to wear wristbands at all times, for the full duration of the reservation.
• Wristbands can not be taken off, and/or exchanged with any other person.
• A guest list is required in advance of check-in.
• ONLY those listed on the guest list will be provided a wristband and will be allowed on the premises.
• DAY GUESTS OR VISITORS OF ANY KIND ARE NOT ALLOWED.
• FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE RULES WILL RESULT IN EVICTION.***

• The second Master suite encompasses the entire 3rd floor, features a cozy King bed, private bathroom with walk-in shower and its own balcony as well.
• Guests also have the choice of a third bedroom, equipped with a Queen size bed, flat screen TV and attached bathroom, or the fourth guest bedroom, featuring two bunk beds with full size bottom bunks and twin size top bunks.
• The fourth bedroom also has an attached bathroom with walk-in shower and a massive flat screen TV.
• It's the perfect room for kids, teens or young adults!
