Spring Break & Holy Week (March 1st - April 9th, 2023):

• Everyone occupying the rental must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Anyone under the age of 21 will not be permitted.
• Identification of Each Guest must be presented at check-in.
• Any guest who is not 21 or older will not be permitted to occupy the home and will not be eligible for a refund.
• This rule does not apply to family groups or otherwise approved by an Property Manager employee.

This one bedroom, one bathroom condo is located on the beach. Fully furnished with basic cookware and utensils. The master bedroom room has a comfortable queen bed as well as a bunk bed with two twins. This South Padre Island beachfront one bedroom condo also has wifi and cable television. There is a community pool and hot tub. Enjoy beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico from your private balcony.
