Inside the Condo:

• Living Area: The large living space features a sleeper sofa, game table, electric fireplace, and a TV with Comcast digital cable—perfect for cozy nights in. Light wood finishes and bright accents give the space a fresh, inviting feel.
• Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen boasts a wrap-around countertop with seating for three. With a new refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and all the cookware and serving ware you need, it's easy to whip up meals for family or friends.
• Workspace: Across from the kitchen is a convenient desk, perfect for any work you need to catch up on during your stay.
• Gear Storage & Laundry: There are two large gear closets for all your outdoor equipment, as well as a private washer/dryer stocked with detergent for mid-stay laundry.
• Bathroom: The full bathroom includes a glassed-in shower, vanity lighting, and a wrap-around mirror to get ready for a night out on the town.

Master Bedroom:
The master bedroom features a queen-size bed, walk-in closet, a TV with Comcast for late-night movies, and access to a private deck. Overlooking Dean St., the deck offers views of Red Mountain and Koch Park, making it a great spot to relax and soak up the afternoon sun.

Outdoor Space:
The unit’s private outdoor entrance leads to a second-floor common deck area, perfect for enjoying a good book or relaxing in the sun. In the winter, take advantage of the private ski locker just outside the door!
