WRISTBANDS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL GUESTS DURING MARCH & HOLY/EASTER WEEK.

Spring Break & Holy Week (March 1st - April 9th, 2023):

• Everyone occupying the rental must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Anyone under the age of 21 will not be permitted.
• Identification of Each Guest must be presented at check-in.
• Any guest who is not 21 or older will not be permitted to occupy the home and will not be eligible for a refund.
• This rule does not apply to family groups or otherwise approved by a Property Manager employee.
