This beautiful 4 bedroom, 4-1/2 bath townhome was built in 2018 and is professionally decorated with all the comforts of home. The spacious home includes a modern kitchen with new stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. There is dining seating for 8 and additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar; we also include a high chair for your little one to dine! All cookware and utensils are provided for your convenience.

Lounge around after a long day at the parks in the open floor plan gathering room featuring 2 sofas and a large 50-inch flat screen TV with blu-ray DVD player. Step outside onto the patio to enjoy your very own private Splash Pool with screened enclosure that also has a 1/2 bath.

Property Summary (Sleeps 12 guests comfortably with additional sleeping in the loft):

• Head upstairs and you will find the laundry room and the following 3 bedrooms and loft area:
• 1 master bedroom with king-size bed, private bath, and walk-in closet. A pack-n-play is included for your little ones!

• 1 additional bedroom with 2 full-size beds, and the Mickey theme that the kids will enjoy. The Mickey themed bedroom shares a hall bathroom with the loft area.
• Loft area outside the bedrooms includes a flat screen TV with blu-ray DVD player where you can relax or spend the evening on the sleeper sofa.
