Private bath included.

The smaller second bedroom has two twin beds with a private bath.

Travel toiletries included plus hair dryer.

The heart of Downtown Sebastopol is less than a ten-minute drive away, and door to sand we are twenty minutes to the beaches of Bodega Bay!

The cottage is in a country setting on a scenic tree-lined lane surrounded by rolling hills of vineyards.

Our landscape is a labor of love in progress, though feel free to leisurely stroll through the apple orchard and you might see our neighbors horses!

During the winter a babbling brook circles around the property.

Guests are welcome to pick and enjoy the apples and anything else growing on the property.

A non-refundable pet fee is $100 per dog. No cats allowed
