• This one bedroom, ground floor unit has laminate flooring throughout the unit.
• There are two double beds in the bedroom.
• The bedroom has direct access to a bathroom.
• The kitchen is stocked with basic pots, pans, dishes, glasses and utensils for your use.
• A toaster, coffee pot, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher are in place for you to use.
• This unit does have a stack washer/dryer combination.
• We offer wireless internet for your convenience in each unit.

The open living area has a large screen tv for your enjoyment.

• A flat screen tv is wall mounted in each bedroom.
• The patio overlooks a pond and has a view of the 8th fairway of our Magnolia golf course.
• The patio DOES NOT have patio furniture for your use.

For your convenience, bed linens and bath towels are included with your rental.

• We do recommend that you send bring own pool/beach towels and your golf clubs!

• We have a full-service pro shop, and 27 holes for your enjoyment, with an onsite 19th Hole restaurant and bar.

• We have over 50 affiliated golf courses within 30 miles or less of our resort for even more expansive golf experiences.

• Commons I guests have access to the outdoor pool located at Commons I.

• Calabash is just down the road and offers great seafood.

• Ocean Isle Beach, Sunset Beach and North Myrtle Beach are minutes away.
