Downstairs bedrooms:

Pool:

• Set to a max temp of 80F from April 1 - Sept 31
• Pool heating fee of $125 per day from Oct 1 - April 31

Located two blocks from the main square in downtown Sonoma. Please be respectful of our neighbors. Noise curfew of 10:00 pm is encouraged. No visitors, parties, or pets allowed. Service pets should be kept off the furniture and come with their own bedding.

Important:

• Do not consider this site if you are hosting a party or event.
• Outdoor cameras and noise monitors are in place.
• Groups of 10 or more are not allowed due to our business license and COVID restrictions.
• Disruptive noise levels/music at any time of the day will jeopardize our neighborhood relationships and business license. Law enforcement will be called and a negative review will follow.
• No smoking or motorcycles allowed. Only guests included in the reservation are permitted. Failure to comply may result in cancellation without a refund. Thank you for your understanding.
