Westside Walkable

Westside Walkable is a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home located just off Newport Avenue, in a fantastic location. The home is surrounded by locally-owned restaurants and shops, including the popular Newport Avenue Market, which is a favorite among local foodies.

The home has an open floor plan, making it great for families and friends. The living room features a gas fireplace and a large flat screen TV, perfect for cozy movie nights. The fully-equipped kitchen is great for preparing gourmet meals.

Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms, including the Master King Suite, a Queen Bedroom, and a Double Twin Bedroom. The Master King Suite has a private full bathroom with double sinks. The Queen Bedroom features sunny windows and shares access to the second full bath with the Double Twin Bedroom, which has two twin beds.

Westside Walkable also has a back patio with a gas grill, perfect for enjoying dinner outside. The home is conveniently located near coffee shops and restaurants, including the nationally-renowned Spork. It's also just a short drive or ride to endless miles of trails perfect for hiking and mountain biking. Mt. Bachelor Ski Resort, and the spectacular Cascade Mountains and alpine lakes, are an easy 20 to 25 minute drive from this comfortable vacation home.

The rental's name was inspired by the fact that it provides the opportunity to walk to many great eating and entertainment venues. A few of these, with their associated walking times, include the Newport Market (5 minutes), 10 Barrel Brewing Company (8 minutes), Drakes Park and the Deschutes River (12 Minutes), and Downtown Bend (15 minutes).

Pets are allowed at pet-friendly homes only with prior approval and a $15/night/pet fee. Pets are not permitted on the bedding or furniture and must never be left at the home alone unless they are crated/kenneled.
