Please also note that The City of Bend is in the final phase of The Newport Avenue Corridor Improvement Project, which may impact your stay with construction on the traffic circle in front of the home. Discounts to pricing are in place for any inconvenience that may be experienced as a result of construction. Full project completion is estimated by May 2023.
