The home has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living and family rooms, and TVs in the living and family rooms and 3 bedrooms. The open kitchen and dining room with the living area around the corner provide stunning golf course and mountain views. The family room is perfect for alone time with a good book or to watch TV, with a Queen size sofa sleeper to relax on. There is also a Queen bedroom with a shared full bath upstairs.

The King master, Queen bedroom, and Bunk room with a set of Twin bunks share the hall bathroom. The home is newly furnished and has all the amenities to make it a wonderful home away from home.

The large deck has a new BBQ, patio furniture, and a BRAND NEW hot tub! Bikes have been provided for your outdoor experience in the garage (please bring your own helmets). Two adult 5-speed Schwinn town cruisers, three small adult multi-speed mountain bikes, one 20-inch kid bike, and one 16-inch kid bike are available.

Sunriver offers great outdoor recreation year-round, including fishing/water sports, skiing at Mt. Bachelor only 20 minutes away, or taking a summer excursion up to the Cascade Lakes Hwy. where you will find many lakes and hiking trails.

Pets are allowed at pet-friendly homes only with prior approval and a $15/night/pet fee. Pets are not permitted on the bedding or furniture and must never be left at the home alone unless they are crated/kenneled.

This home has A/C and a brand new dishwasher as of 8/5/2019. It sleeps 10.
