Ko Olina Kai is a peaceful gated community that offers all the tranquil privacy you could desire! The interior is spacious and homey with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a living room with an adjacent dining space, and a kitchen. This outstanding villa offers sleeping accommodations for 6 quests with 2 queen beds and 1 sofa bed.

The kitchen has a breakfast bar, equipped with everything you will need: a coffee pot, a blender, a toaster; complete with all cooking utensils. Separate dining table seats an additional 4 as well. The laundry room is just down the hall by the 2nd bedroom, with a full size washer and dryer for your convenience.

The unit is a short walk to the community clubhouse, which has a pool, a hot tub, and several BBQ grills and cabanas. It is also walking distance to the famous Roy's Restaurant at Ko Olina and other restaurants, shops, a fitness center, a golf course, and a tennis court. With either a short 3 minute drive, or a 15 minute walk, you can also stroll by the beach and enjoy the scenery of the Pacific Ocean.
