This modern, updated unit has a view that cannot be surpassed - look left or right toward the water and guests will enjoy a full Gulf view. Seascape 1209 offers a stunning unobstructed view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. Brand new designer furnishings offer the comforts of home with a coastal décor. The kitchen includes a granite island with seating for six, spacious granite countertops, full size refrigerator, full range and oven, microwave, toaster, and a regular coffee maker.

Master bedroom has a king memory foam bed, television with cable and EnSite bath which includes washer and dryer. 2nd bedroom also has a queen memory foam bed, smart TV with cable. The bedrooms are roomy and comfortable with adequate storage and closet space to stow away suitcases and other vacation gear. The front entry has a set of twin bunks built in making the unit sleep a total of 8 guests.
