The home is single level with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

• The master bedroom has a new King Bed, private bath and exterior access to the hot tub area.
• The second bedroom has a queen bed as well as bunk beds.
• There is a full bathroom in the hall.
• The living room and each room has a TV and wi-fi streaming BluRay player.
• The living room has a High Definition TV for watching your favorite sports team.

The beds are all made with luxury linens, crisp warm duvets, and new mattresses.

• Spa soap, shampoo, and a few other small amenities are included to help you 'get by' if you forget your own supply.
• To simplify your packing there is a portable crib and a booster seat that attaches to a chair.
• A private hot tub and large deck with BBQ and comfortable patio furniture, with umbrella, allow you to relax and enjoy the outdoors.
• There are 4 adult bikes, as well as a 2-child bike trailer to explore the miles of paved bike trails throughout Sunriver.

Rental of our home includes "Unlimited-use" SHARC Passes for 6 guests and this home also has A/C.

We allow pets at pet friendly homes only with prior approval and a nightly pet fee.

• Pets are not permitted on the bedding or furniture and must never be left at the home alone unless they are crated/kenneled.
