Country Cozy is a 4 bedroom/5 bathroom cabin set within Property Manager, just 2.5 miles from the Parkway in Pigeon Forge at traffic light #10. Country Cozy has 3 levels and is 2800 square feet (plus deck space). This cabin will sleep a total of 16 guests and has parking for approximately 3 vehicles, with additional parking available in Parkside Resort. Country Cozy will have you coming back for more year after year!

Main Level

• You will enter Country Cozy on the main level. There are 2 steps to enter the cabin. This middle level of the cabin features a bright and open common space with the dining table, kitchen, and living room. The dining table seats 6. The kitchen is fully equipped with a side by side refrigerator (with icemaker), a glass top stove, an oven, and a dishwasher. The fully stocked kitchen comes complete with a coffee pot, a blender, a toaster, and standard cooking and eating utensils to accommodate 16 guests.

• Country Cozy's living room is the perfect place to kick back and relax. Gather around for a game of cards, watch a movie on the large flat screen, or just cozy up next to the natural gas fireplace. We are sure you won't forget the good times spent here!

• The main level is also where you will find the first of four bedrooms and five bathrooms. This master suite features a king size bed, an electric fireplace, and a flat screen TV. The bathroom, which can be accessed both from the bedroom and the living room, features a walk-in shower.

• The main level deck comes complete with the outdoor fireplace, natural gas grill (standard grilling utensils can be found in the kitchen), an outdoor TV, and plenty of rocking chairs.

Upper Level

• Upstairs you will find bedrooms two and three. One of the bedrooms features a king size bed, an electric fireplace, a flat screen TV, and a private deck with rocking chairs. This bedroom also has a private bathroom, accessible through the bedroom only, which features a shower/tub combo.

• The second bedroom on the upper level features two queen size bunk beds, an electric fireplace, a flat screen TV, and a private deck with rocking chairs. This bedroom also has two private bathrooms, accessible through the bedroom only, with one featuring a walk-in shower and the other a shower/tub combo.

Lower Level

• Head downstairs and get the party started! When you first enter the lower level of Country Cozy you will walk right into the game room. The game room features something for everyone and all ages, offering a pool table, a 4-seat pub table, a multicade arcade machine, a large flat screen TV, and a wet bar equipped with a mini fridge. The washer and dryer can be found in a closet off of the game room. Starting to tire out from all the fun? Then cozy up in the private home movie theater! The theater room features stadium seating, a Blu-Ray player, and surround sound. Come rent a movie from the DVD library located in the office, or watch your favorite show on the big screen...The theater is always a great way to spend time with the family!

• This level is where you will find the last of four bedrooms and five bathrooms. This suite features a king size bed, an electric fireplace, and a flat screen TV. The bathroom, which can be accessed from the bedroom or the game room, features a shower/tub combo.

• Last, but certainly not least, is the hot tub with a large outdoor TV which can be accessed from the lower level deck. Let your worries melt away while watching your favorite show and enjoying that mountain view...You will never feel cozier than you do at Country Cozy!

• Each TV (including the theater room) has Charter Cable.

• There is FREE high-speed, wireless internet in this cabin.

• Gas fireplaces are turned off from May 1 to October 1. Fire pits are functional year-round.

During inclement weather (especially in the winter months), Parkside Resort's roads are maintained by our maintenance staff and should not be a big concern to you and your group. Our roads are not steep and are widely paved.

Property Manager is motorcycle friendly, featuring flat, paved parking spaces suitable for motorcycles and trailers.
