• Pemberley Manor is a 7 bedroom/7.5 bathroom cabin located inside Property Manager, just 2.5 miles from the Parkway in Pigeon Forge at traffic light #10.
• Pemberley Manor has 3 levels and is 4700 square feet (plus deck space).
• This cabin will sleep a total of 30 guests and has parking for approximately 5 vehicles, with additional parking available in Property Manager.
• Come relax in Pemberley Manor while you enjoy that beautiful view from the privacy of your own hot tub! You won't be disappointed...

Main Level:

• Pemberley Manor has 6 steps up to the front door, where you will enter into the main level.
• This level features an open air common space with the dining area, kitchen, and living room.
• The dining table seats 14 comfortably, with additional seating for 6 at the breakfast bar and 4 at a high top table.
• The kitchen is fully equipped with two side by side refrigerators (with icemakers), two glass top stoves, two ovens, two microwaves, and two dishwashers.
• Other items provided in the kitchen are two coffee pots, a blender, a toaster, and standard cooking and eating utensils to accommodate 30 guests.
• Pemberley Manor's living room is the perfect place on this level to gather and enjoy each other's company.
• The living room is also where you will find the first of 2 sleeper sofas.
• Watch the big game on the large flat screen TV or snuggle up next to the natural gas fireplace, regardless we know you will feel totally relaxed in Pemberley Manor.
• The main level is also where you will find the first of seven bedrooms and bathrooms.
• This master suite features a king size bed and a flat screen TV.
• The bathroom, which can be accessed only from the bedroom, features a walk in shower.
• The main level deck of Pemberley Manor is the perfect place to hang out and enjoy the gorgeous view!
• Here you will find an extra-large picnic table, two natural gas grills (standard grilling utensils can be found in the kitchen), and plenty of rocking chairs.

Upper Level:

• When you get to the top of the stairs you will find yourself in the huge game room with floor to ceiling windows big enough to enjoy the view.
• The game room features a pool table, two arcade machines, a foosball table, a large flat screen TV, and a wet bar equipped with a mini fridge.
• The second sleeper sofa is also in the game room.
• The upper level also features three more of the seven bedrooms and bathrooms.
• The first bedroom features two queen size bunk beds and a flat screen TV.
• The bathroom, which can be accessed from the bedroom or the game room, features a shower/tub combo.
• The second bedroom features two queen size bunk beds and a flat screen TV.
• This bedroom also has a private bathroom, accessible through the bedroom only, which features a shower/tub combo.
• The third bedroom on the upper level features a king size bed and a flat screen TV.
• The private bathroom, which can be accessed from the bedroom only, features a walk in shower.

Lower Level:

• Head down stairs to find the last three of seven bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as our favorite room - the private home movie theater!
• The theater room features stadium seating for 15, a Blu-Ray player and surround sound.
• Come rent a movie from the DVD library located in the office, or watch your favorite show on the big screen...The theater is always a big hit!
• The first bedroom features a king size bed and a flat screen TV.
• This bedroom also has a private bathroom, accessible through the bedroom only, which features a walk in shower.
• The second bedroom features a king size bed and a flat screen TV.
• This bedroom also has a private bathroom, accessible through the bedroom only, which features a walk in shower.
• The third bedroom features a king size bed and a flat screen TV.
• This bedroom also has a private bathroom, accessible through the bedroom only, which features a shower/tub combo.
• Under the staircase on this level there is a closet with the washer and dryer.
• Last, but certainly not least, is the lower level deck, offering the ultimate in relaxation!
• The lower level deck features an extra-large hot tub, a private sauna, a natural gas fire pit, a flat screen TV, and plenty of rocking chairs to enjoy the beautiful mountains.

• Each TV (including the theater room) has Charter Cable.
• There is FREE high speed, wireless internet in this cabin.
• Gas fireplaces are turned off from May 1 to October 1. Fire pits are functional year round.
