  • Located just two blocks from the Gondola and Ruby Park Bus Depot, you’re steps from the action. The bus depot provides free service to the airport, all four ski resorts, and everything the valley has to offer. Whether your plans include skiing, hiking, or enjoying Aspen’s vibrant cultural scene, this central location gives you unbeatable access.

  • Inside, the main floor includes two bedrooms. The first bedroom features two single beds, ample storage, a closet, and a small TV—perfect for kids. The attached bathroom includes a stand-up/sit-down shower and fresh towels. The master bedroom offers a king bed, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower and dual vanities. Step out onto the small balcony overlooking the heated pool and hot tub, ideal for morning coffee or casual outdoor dining, with a shared BBQ area also available.

  • The open-concept upstairs living area features 10-foot ceilings and large west-facing windows that fill the space with natural light. Relax on the leather couches by the electric fireplace or enjoy a movie on the flatscreen TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes a full-size oven, gas stove, granite sink, coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, and all the tools you need for cooking and entertaining. The nearby six-seater banquette and bar area are perfect for family meals or après-ski drinks.

  • Upstairs, a queen bedroom provides plenty of storage and an attached bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower, offering privacy and comfort for additional guests. Additional amenities include air conditioning, cable, WiFi, a washer/dryer in-unit, an outdoor ski rack for winter months, and a free parking space just steps from the entrance.

  • With easy access to downtown Aspen and the surrounding mountains, this condo is perfect for both winter and summer adventures. Managed by Aspen, your stay will be seamless, comfortable, and memorable. We look forward to welcoming you to your Aspen retreat.

  • This property is on the ground floor of a complex. The unit is two levels and requires stairs to access the living room, kitchen, and the master bedroom and bath. There is no elevator.

  • No refunds will be issued if shared facilities are unavailable due to weather, maintenance, or HOA requirements.

  • No Pets Allowed. Please do not ask as we are not able to make exceptions. Please be aware a fine of $1000 will be imposed for all unauthorized animals.

  • Monthly rates are available upon request. Please contact us for pricing. Guests are required to sign a rental agreement and the manager may require proof of age.

  • Skyrun Amenities: All Aspen properties have WIFI and are stocked with a starter supply of the following items. Additional stock of these items are available for purchase at the local grocery stores; Clark’s and City Market.

    • Bathroom: vanity kit, extra toothbrush and toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hair dryer, and plenty of toilet paper.
    • Kitchen: paper towels, coffee, tea, coffee maker with filters, hand soap, spices, trash bags, multi-surface cleanser, dish soap, dish pods, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, and sponges.
    • Extra: a welcome packet with details on your unit, available amenities, local attractions, transportation, restaurants, shopping, and outdoor guides. If your home has a wood burning fireplace we provide a starter supply of wood.
  • Managed by Aspen, our team is available throughout your stay to provide local tips, answer questions, or help arrange private services such as chefs and drivers. Aspen Snowmass has plenty of events, activities, and great dining and shopping all year round. Our team is happy to help you plan your stay—just reach out if you have any questions or need tips for making the most of your visit.     1. All guests will receive a reservation email and text confirmation from Aspen at the time of booking with a direct contact number.
    2. All guests will receive a comprehensive check-in instruction email and text 48 hours prior to check-in.
    3. All guests will receive a comprehensive check-out procedure email the day before departure.
  • Aspen/Snowmass – House Rules
    Welcome! To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, please review the following guidelines:

    • Check-in: 4:00 PM or later
    • Check-out: 10:00 AM
    • Early check-in and late check-out are available with prior approval and fee.
    • All Aspen/Snowmass check-ins are self check-in. You will receive your unique digital access code 48 hours before arrival, along with property-specific details.
  • Occupancy

    • Maximum occupancy is listed on your reservation and must be respected.
  • Noise & Respect for Neighbors

    • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM, per the Aspen/Snowmass Good Neighbor Guide.
    • Please be considerate of neighbors in shared buildings and mountain communities.
  • Shoes & Boots

    • No shoes indoors.
    • Ski boots and outdoor footwear must be removed prior to entering the home, or stored at the provided entryway bench/area.
  • Smoking & Vaping

    • Smoking, vaping, or e-cigarette use is not permitted inside the property or anywhere on the complex grounds.
  • Pets

    • Pets are allowed only in designated pet-friendly properties and must be approved in advance.
    • Additional fees and rules (leash, waste disposal, etc.) apply.
  • Parking & Transportation

    • Please use only designated parking spaces listed in check-in instructions.
    • Do not block driveways or other units.
    • Refer to your property guide for local transportation options (RFTA bus, parking garages, shuttles).
  • Safety

    • No open flames (candles, fireworks, etc.) allowed inside or on decks/patios.
    • Fireplaces, grills, and hot tubs must be used responsibly and according to property instructions. Please insure propane is turned off at end of use.
    • Always lock doors and windows when leaving.
    • Please do not leave children unsupervised at the units.
  • Cleanliness & Care

    • Please treat the home with respect and leave it in good condition.
    • Excessive cleaning or damage will result in additional charges.
    • Garbage and recycling should be placed in designated bins or community dumpsters. All garbage must be disposed of in designated bear-proof containers. Do not leave trash, food, or recycling outside the unit, even briefly.
    • Do not move furniture or remove décor/items from the unit.
    • Any linens, towels, or dinnerware removed from the property will incur a replacement charge.
  • Hot Tubs, Pools & Amenities (if applicable)

    • No glass containers in or around water features.
    • Observe posted hours and community-specific amenity rules.
  • Events & Parties

    • No large gatherings, parties, or events without written approval from Aspen/Snowmass.
  • Ski & Outdoor Gear

    • Please store skis, boards, and wet gear in designated areas. Do not bring them inside living areas. Also, be careful not to impede walkways or communal areas with ski/snowboard gear storage.
