Housekeeping Fee includes: Departure cleaning service and linens. Linens provided: 4 towels and 4 washcloths per king, queen, or full bed; 2 towels and 2 washcloths per twin bed; 2 hand towels and 1 bath mat per bathroom; 1 kitchen hand towel and 1 kitchen dish rag. A starter roll of toilet paper is provided in each bathroom, and 1 roll of paper towels in the kitchen.

House Parties and Groups: We do not rent to non-family groups unless all members are 25 years of age or older. Any misrepresentation regarding group members’ ages will result in a forfeiture of the reservation without refund.
