NOTE: In addition to the normal housekeeping departure clean, our cleaners have added to their routine the proper sanitation of highly touched services which are not limited to:

• Door handles
• Light switches
• Remotes
• Alarm clocks
• Dresser knobs
• Décor
• Lamps
• Thermostats
• Phones
• Hangers
• Irons

Gloves and masks are worn at all times and the cleaning agents used are those recommended by the CDC.

We cannot guarantee that all amenities will be open and available during your stay.

The condo is decorated in beach decor with a living/dining room combination. You have plenty of seating in the living area, and the kitchen comes equipped with all the appliances and kitchen accessories you need to cook in while on vacation. There is a pull-out sofa in the living area to accommodate more sleeping arrangements. The bedroom has a queen bed and connects to the bathroom area.

You can spend some time doing some front porch sitting and listen as the waves crash along the shore or people watch along Ocean Boulevard. Another way to beat the heat is to check out the pool located across the street. If you love lounging and playing on the beach all day and enjoy long walks on the beach in the evening, you don’t want to miss out on this piece of heaven. This condo is not equipped with a washer/dryer or a dishwasher.

Parking available for one vehicle only in designated space.

Motorcycles, trailers and golf carts are not permitted on the grounds.

Linens included are as follows:

• 4 towels, 4 washcloths per king, queen, or full bed
• 2 towels, 2 washcloths per twin bed
• 2 hand towels and 1 bathmat per bathroom
• 1 kitchen hand towel and 1 kitchen dish rag

You will also receive a starter roll of toilet paper in every bathroom and 1 roll of paper towels in the kitchen.***

House parties and Groups: House parties and groups with members under the age of 25 are prohibited. We do not rent to non-family groups unless ALL members of the group are 25 years of age or older. Any misrepresentation by groups of their age will not qualify for refunds.
