At almost 2000 square feet, it is the largest loft in this historic building and is very unique. • Upon confirmation, we will send a welcome kit that will give you more details about the house and details on gaining entry (sent 3 to 5 days prior to your arrival date).
• Tenants must sign a lease and complete all HOA forms prior to their stay.
• Just a quick heads up that our HOA does not allow move-ins or move-outs on weekends and holidays.
• Security Deposit equivalent to one month's rent will be requested at the time of booking. This is fully refundable after the stay as long as there are no damages found or no extra cleaning incurred.
