• Stunning views of Grandfather Mountain and far beyond.
• Sugar Top facility has indoor pool, whirlpool, sauna and fitness room, as well as 24 hour gated security.
• King sized master bed, a queen sized bed in the second bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room.
• Kitchen has pots and pans, dishes and silverware, small appliances.
• NO coffee is provided, but we are now stocking units with salt and pepper, and cooking oil. Keurig machine in kitchen.

Additional information:

• Sugar Top condominiums do not have air conditioning.
• The units only have a 38 gallon water heater, due to space limitations.
• This only permits a 3-5 minute shower before the heater needs to recycle and reheat.
