GETTING AROUND:
The property is located in downtown Breckenridge. Only a 10-15 minute walk to the Breck Connect Gondola or Main St. The property is just a 3-5 minute walk to the Free Ride bus route located on the in the middle of Washington Ave and Lincoln Ave. This is the Purple Route and will take you to most places in town including the Breck Connect Gondola, Rec Center, or Main St.

PARKING: To ensure a hassle-free stay, please adhere to the posted signs and parking allocations in Breckenridge, as parking is strictly enforced. If you require additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight parking in two designated areas: 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite parking lot (which also accommodates RVs and trailers).

WARNING: Please be advised that during the winter season, all driveways and roads may be covered with snow and ice, making it necessary for vehicles to have 4WD or AWD to safely navigate. Please note that we cannot offer refunds for cars that get stuck or require towing. Additionally, some homes may require 4WD or AWD during non-winter months due to uneven surfaces and dirt roads. COLORADO TRACTION LAW: During the winter season from September to May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is enforced for all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero. This law requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. It is important to make sure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado, so please speak with your rental car company if you are planning to rent.

What to be aware of:

  • Parking on the town streets is not permitted, but you're able to park 2 cars in the parking pad adjacent to the home
  • Located in downtown Breckenridge, so you will hear traffic but you can walk to everything!
  • The free shuttle pick-up is in front of the library located on S Harris street, but its only a three minute walk from the home
