• The property is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath ranch style home located on Mumm's Bay.
• It is situated only a few feet from the lakeshore and features a screened porch for enjoying the lake breezes.
• The home is older but great for fishing groups, with a private dock.
• Inside, there is a lakeside living room with a row of windows, satellite TV, and a wood burning fireplace.
• The master bedroom and bath have a walkout patio door to the lake, and there are 2 additional bedrooms.
• This is a rustic rental home on a great part of the lake.

In light of COVID-19, we have implemented new cleaning standards and procedures for all of our beds. Each bed will be provided with sheets, a pillow and pillow case, and blankets. However, guests will need to bring their own towels and any soap they require.
