The property is super close to San Francisco (SF is actually right behind the backyard fence!). The location is convenient to the city, but because of its proximity to nature, the home allows a nice respite from the urban density of the city. It is also very close to some of the best surfing in the SF area with Rockaway and Linda Mar State Beaches being only a 15-minute drive away.
