• All Seasons Condos are located just across from the Gold Peak base ares and the Riva Bahn express chairlift. Just a short 4 minute walk to Vail Village and Gondola One.

• Two bedroom condo allows extra living space; free WIFI; free uncovered parking.

• For stays of 2,3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee of $200 will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived.

• This two bedroom suite features 900 square feet of living space; one queen bed; two twin beds; sofa sleeper; full kitchen; in unit washer and dryer.

• Ski all day and return to the condo and relive the EPIC day in Vail. This residence does not have air conditioning. Four (4) person maximum occupancy.

• Property Manager will send a separate invoice for Room and Tax to be filled out and sent to them.

• NOTICE: THE TOWN OF VAIL HAS PROPOSED A TAX INCREASE MEASURE THAT WILL BE ON THE BALLOT NOVEMBER 2025. IF PASSED THIS WILL INCREASE TAXES ON SHORT TERM RENTALS BY 6% FOR RESERVATIONS ARRIVING OR IN HOUSE AFTER JAN 1 2026. IF PASSED, ALL RESERVATIONS WOULD BE SUBJECT TO THE NEW INCREASED TAX RATE
