Village Center Condos are located right in the Village, along the banks of Gore Creek Located just a short 3 minute walk to Gondola One. As the name implies, located in the center of the village; featuring free WIFI; free covered parking. For stays of 1,2,3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee of $200 will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived.

This two bedroom two bath suite features 1000 square feet of living space with spectacular Vail mountain views; one king bed; two twin beds; sofa sleeper; full kitchen; washer and dryer (just outside of unit). Ski all day and return to the condo and relive the EPIC day in Vail.
This residence does not have air conditioning.

NEW RESERVATIONS will be confirmed with a 25% non-refundable payment due within 24 hours of booking (no extensions). full payment will be due 25 days prior to arrival; after which, all payments are non-refundable. Cancellations within 25 days of arrival are non-refundable.

HOLIDAY RESERVATIONS that fall between and include the dates December 18 – January 4 (holiday period) a 25% non-refundable payment is due within 24 hours of booking (no extensions) final payment is due November 1st; after which, all payments are non-refundable. Cancellations after November 1st are non-refundable.

RESERVATIONS FOR GREATER THAN 20 DAYS, a 25% non-refundable payment is due within 24 hours of booking (no extensions). full payment will be due 60 days prior to arrival: after which, all payments are non-refundable.

FINAL PAYMENT DUE DATE failure to make final payment by balance due date may result in cancellation of reservation with full forfeiture of payment.

All cancellations must be received in writing.
