The rooftop balcony showcases views of the entire island, making it the perfect spot to enjoy your morning cup of coffee and watch the sunrise. Beach access is only 135 feet away, which is only about a two-minute walk. The driveway accommodates parking for up to two cars. Blue Water Escape is a pet friendly property for dogs up to 25 lbs. The non-refundable pet fee is $150.00 per pet and will be charged per week. Short stays are not prorated. The pet fee does not cover any damage caused by the pet.
