EXTERIOR
Enjoy the tropical oasis in the back. The lagoon style, 28 ft by 15 ft private pool features a swim up Tiki Bar and a waterfall. Imagine yourself soaking up the sun and sipping an afternoon cocktail! Relax at this superb pool setting and eat dinner al fresco. The beach is in close walking distance. Rinse off the sand in the outdoor shower and hop in the pool for more fun!

Optional pool heat, up to 86 F, is available from November to April at $150/week. Weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Spa heat only is available in the summer months for $15/night where applicable. Pool alarms are mandated per city licensing ordinance and cannot be disarmed. Pools are professionally serviced weekly and debris due to tropical climate might occur in between service days. Property Manager will expedite repairs of reported malfunctions but no refund will be made for circumstances beyond our control. There are two parking spaces in the driveway.

Coconut Breeze is a pet friendly property for dogs up to 25 lbs with a maximum of 2. The non-refundable pet fee is $150.00 per pet per reservation. The pet fee does not cover any damage caused by the pet. Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
