Stepping back outside, it is only 2-1/2 short blocks to the stunning white sand of Anna Maria’s 7 miles of uninterrupted gulf coast beach. Stroll 5 blocks to the east to visit the bay side of the Island. Pine Avenue, only 3 blocks north, offers plenty of shopping, dining, and entertainment. Latitude Adjustment’s amazing walkability includes no fewer than nine places to eat, drink, or hear live music within 1000 feet, from special occasion worthy seafood spots to sandwiches to breakfast to sports bar & grills. The breezy fenced yard is planted with tropical plants and citrus trees, has a comfy bench and four Adirondack chairs, plus a gas grill. There are three parking spots designated for this property.

Latitude Adjustment is a pet friendly property for dogs up to 25 lbs. The non-refundable pet fee is $150.00 and will be charged for your stay. Short stays are not pro-rated. The pet fee does not cover any damage caused by the pet. This property welcomes any day arrival for the months mid-August to January. Other months require manager approval.
