The Villas 2B

With just steps to the beach, The Villas are a perfect Island retreat! The Villas 2B condo is a luxurious two-bedroom accommodation with an updated kitchen and many extras. This is one of only six units in The Villas complex and is a newly renovated, ground level unit with two bedrooms and one bathroom. It can accommodate a total of four guests. Villa 2B has access to a large, shared pool, a luxury kitchen, a dining room, a living room, a Queen size bed in the master bedroom, and two Full size beds in the guest room. It is loaded with many extras such as flat screen TVs, granite countertops, stainless appliances, an onsite/coin washer & dryer, and Wi-Fi internet access. There is also a community grill located on site, perfect for cooking up your catch of the day! Grab your towel and take the provided beach chairs and umbrella to the beach! Just cross the street and soak up the sun, enjoy the turquoise water of the Gulf of Mexico, and build a sandcastle!

EXTERIOR
Step outside into the private courtyard of The Villas and relax by the 14 ft by 20 ft pool. There is a sitting area by the condo to dine in or spend time with the family. The pool is heated for your convenience during colder times. There are also 2 lounge chairs for every unit. Washer and dryer are on site so you can pack light. There is also a community grill if you plan a cookout. The beach access is just across the street.

There is one parking space assigned to the unit along with extra guest parking spots. This Condo Association does not permit motorcycles, trailers, large trucks, or RV parking.

This property is protected by video surveillance. Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
